Black Nights short film and animation festival PÖFF Shorts
The international Black Nights Film Festival’s (PÖFF) satellite Shorts will be once again bringing state of the art short-form cinema to Artis. During a single screening, you will get to see several films created by different filmmakers in different genres and techniques. Shorts for everyone, in any weather!
With six international competition programmes and a variety of special screenings, the festival’s mission is to showcase the best animated and live action short films of all genres from cutting-edge talents and bold visionaries across the world.
The winners of the best short, best short animation, and best Estonian film titles have the right to compete for the American Film Academy Award. Among the eligible European films, Shorts also selects a short film nominee for the European Film Academy Award.
PÖFF Shorts will take place from November 11-19. The festival is presented by Elisa and Nordic Hotel Forum.
